Renting bonus weeks?

We are Grandview owners. When we purchased we were given 4 bonus weeks to use through RCI. Can we sell those bonus weeks to friends to use at the Grandview or other resorts through redweek.com. Right now i am a guest and If we can do this then I would consider being a member. Hope tohear from someone soon. Larry
