Per the owner: We bought our timeshare at the Marriott because two of my children already had a week at Marriot in Aruba, and we parents decided to buy, in order to be able to enjoy it with our other daughter, who lives in New Zealand and in this way enjoy the whole family, a total (15 people, 8 adults and 7 children). And for several years we enjoyed it a lot, taking advantage of the holidays at the beginning of the year.

Unfortunately, the political and economic situation in Venezuela generated many restrictions on direct flights to Aruba, making the only way to fly via Panama, making it very expensive to make this type of pleasure trip. Then came the 2 years of the Covid pandemic, which made this great family enjoyment much more complicated. And finally, certain physical limitations due to my wife's age have led us to make the sad decision to sell our timeshare.

We hope that the future buyer enjoys it as much as we did as a family for years.

*Closing costs and transfer fees are to be paid by the buyer*

*Buyer to pay maintenance fees for first year of usage*

Marriott, a world-renowned hotelier, entered into the timeshare business in 1984. Through their timeshare division, called Marriott Vacation Club International, they have developed exquisite timeshare properties in the most sought-after destinations around the world. In 2010, Marriott introduced Marriott Vacation Club Destinations, a timeshare points system.

Marriott Vacation Club's resorts are often large and provide guests with the amenities of home - including one to three bedrooms, living and dining areas, master bedroom and bathroom, full kitchen, in-unit laundry facilities, and often private balconies.

Most Marriott owners have access to the Marriott Rewards program, which allows owners to trade their weeks in for points that can be used at other Marriott resorts and hotels, as well as other travel-related services.

Note: This program may not be available to owners buying on the resale market. Please check with Marriott before purchasing to confirm all benefits.

    Marriott also operates:

    • Ritz-Carlton Club: Marriott's fractional ownership club, with a group of even more luxurious resorts.
    • Vistana Signature Experiences: Encompassing the Sheraton and Westin resort brands, Vistana Signature Experiences offers stylish villas in some of the most sought-after destinations.
