The villas have beautiful views of the lagoon and the nearby golf course. Enjoy the Island's great shopping, sight-seeing, and fine dining. The tropical breezes off the ocean and through the Palmetto trees keep the island cool and comfortable. Fisherman will enjoy miles of offshore reef fishing. Just got back from Egret Point. This place is the best. We went with our Son and wife and 2 grand daughters just out of school. We had a 3 bedroom and 3 1/2 bath. Both downstair suites had a king size bed. We also had a washer and dryer which really was grand with the grand kids and the beach nearby.
We also rented bikes for the week for a flat fee that was cheaper that a couple of day rental. We called ahead and they were there when we got there. We rode all over the island for miles and miles. You have never seen so many bike paths, and most all of them are in the shade.
We also figured out that we could ride down the beach and cut through and get to Harbor Towne without paying the entry fee for all cars.
There are so many great restaurants there also, but we did eat in some and grilled which was nice. Our unit (as with most or all??) overlooked the lagoon, with a screen porch which we loved each morning with our coffee and breakfast.
We loved Egret Point and would go again if we got the chance. The 3 bedroom units with 3 baths are hard to come by.

I own week 7 and ave used my 7th week for the past 6 years and found the weather mild and have played most all of the golf courses available. It is great to get an early start on the golfing season in beautiful mild surroundings. The cost split between 4 makes it most economical. Great place!

Just back from this resort,as good as it gets.
Took two grand children and they loved the place.
Hilton Head is a true "paradise".

Stayed here in January 2005. I had a three bedroom unit & I have to agree that there are a lot of steps for the three bedrooms. It's worth it when you get to the top! What a view!!!
The unit itself could stand refurbishing & a good cleaning.
Depending on what you are going for, I prefer a condo near or on the beach.
Directions to the condo are very bad & they are hard to find at night.

I'm an owner at Egret Point (1st full week in Oct.) and our unit backs up to the lagoon. What a peaceful, quiet, beautiful resort. Grounds are gorgeous at all seasons - especially in the fall. Large, spacious rooms with above average furnishings and decor. If you haven't tried Egret Point yet - it's a must be!

Stayed in a 3BR unit overlooking a lagoon in Feb.2001. Very spacious, attractive unit, with two master bedrooms each with a king sized bed and its own large bathroom and tub jacuzzi. Lots of steps outside and also to get up to the third bedroom with twin beds and its own bathroom. We loved the free use of two bikes stored in their own little bike garage. This is a difficult resort to find so make sure you arrive in the daylight.
