my family had a great time but the pool was small and the unit dirty and dated. there were some fun activities for kids during the day and the beach was nice but the place needs cleaned up!

We just spent a superb July 4 beach week in a lovely 4th floor ocean front unit, newly redecorated and refurbished. This is one of the original resorts to be listed with RCI and is still the best location on the beach.

Stayed here June '05. This resort is on prime oceanfront location, right on the beach. It's right beside Marriot's Grande Ocean. It's one of the older rental properties on the Island. I'm sure at one point it was the place to be but those days are long gone. Facilities are very dated. The staff does their best but it's got to be tough telling customers they're in the lap of luxury. Pool is small and overcrowded. Had cockroaches in our unit, what fun that was! One thing I will say it is affordable. You're on the same beach as Marriot guests for half the money. It's a good place to go on a budget but that's it.

Stayed at Ocean Dunes Villas from 8/22/04 through 8/27/04. Facilities were very nice, location is great and staff was quite helpful. I would stay here again.

They had no king-size beds. Wasps everywhere on top floor. Mold in bathroom. Hairspray on all mirrors. Pretty (albiet) side view of ocean. Lovely sunrise. Great restaurant at Fitzgeralds (best on the island). The resort's room needs some "fixing up". Refrigerator was rusted because freezer door didn't properly close. Dirty carpet.

One of the most luxerous resorts we ever stayed. Great place for golfing and family

this resort needs refurbishing and a clean up. We stayed at Grande Ocean next door while our friends stayed at Adventure Inn. They had dirt on the floor and it was filty. They didn't bother to report this to RCI as I would have but everyone there was disappointed with the accommodations.
