used two units, one upstairs studio and one downstairs one bedroom unit. Had family reunion. We were the only ones using the pool---shaded by large beautiful palm trees. Very hot week, but air conditioning worked well, plenty of space, full size refrigerator, plenty of space for four in each unit. BBQ's barely adequate (bring your own charcoal). Very quiet, plenty of parking, nicely landscaped grounds, gated with security on duty, close to golf, shopping, and tennis stadium. Furnishings are older, but adequate, bed was comfortable. Upstairs studio had open ceiling and nice airey deck overlooking pool. Will stay here again, good value for the money.

Our week is late January and is absolutely perfect weather. Warm sunny days and crisp cool evenings. The pools and spas are beautiful surrounded by tall palm trees. Landscaping flowers fabulous in winter. This resort is only blocks from the Indian Wells tennis stadium and also La Quinta golf resort!

We stayed in a studio in late August. The daytime temperatures were usually over 100 but it was very pleasant in the morning and during evening hours. There was an open balcony attached. We toured the attractions including the Joshua Tree Park, the cable lift and the shopping, all of which were great. There are three pools which were very quiet and relaxing. The studio was perfect for two people and the kitchen was more than adequate with a large fridge and stove. If you just want to relax this is a great resort.

The grounds are very nice and well kept. There are three well maintained, conveniently located swimming pools. Other than this, there are no other notable amenities.
We stayed in a 1-bedroom unit, and were not impressed. The unit was small and the floor plan was very strange, to say the least. The furnishings were dated and the unit itself was well worn but clean. All of the 1-bedroom units are on the ground floor, with a studio unit overhead. Unfortunately, every step the occupants of the overhead studio unit took seemed to be amplified throughout our unit. That said, it served its purpose nonetheless.
We came to relax in the sun, and this was certainly the place to do that. This is a VERY quiet place, so quiet in fact, that you find yourself whispering at times when on the grounds or by the pool. We enjoyed being able to relax without distraction, because this was what we were mostly looking for anyway.
All in all we enjoyed our stay, because it served our purpose reasonably well. Because of that, we were mostly able to overlook the issues with the unit itself.
