Four Seasons Racquet & Country Club

Terrific condo in the gated Four Seasons Racquet and Country Club in the heart of the Lake of the Ozarks!! The Lake has over 1,300 miles of shoreline, and is boater's paradise!

We own five weeks at this great resort, and it is close to great golfing, water sports, fishing, dining, and shopping! Location is also an easy day-trip from Branson (about 2 hours)!!!

There are very few time-shared condos in this resort as vast majority of the condos/detached villas feature year 'round ownership. Very quiet resort.

Very large master bed/bath with king bed, huge Jacuzzi and walk-in closet! TV/DVD, small fridge, ceiling fan, and private screened-in porch.

First guest bedroom has queen bed, TV/DVD and private bath.

Second guest bedroom has two twins, TV/DVD and shares full bath with living area.

Living area features new (2009) flat screen TV w/DVD, sofa/sleeper, ceiling fan, table w/6 chairs, overstuffed chair. Another screened-in patio off of the living room!

Full, private laundry room with full-size washer, dryer, ironing board, and iron!

Wireless internet is free.

Two reserved parking spaces. Please note that there are quite a few steps from the parking area to the unit. I would not consider this to be a handicapped accessible unit.

Private marina with boat/jet ski slips available for rental -- be sure to call ahead to reserve! The marina is gated and there is an area to park your trailer.

Great on-location health spa and impressive fitness center. Six (not four) outdoor pools and one indoor pool.

Spa Shiki is a mile down the road, and is considered to be one of the two best in the entire midwest!

Great resort with very few tourists. Over 75% of condos are full time owner occupied so there's a very friendly relaxed no competition for anything kind of atmosphere here. Right on the lake with all the water activities, golf, tennis and other recreation you'd expect at a real country club. Great catering/convention spaces too. Frequent boat shows and exciting races on the lake in season. Lots of things to see and do for all interests, famous antiques area, boating, fishing, historical sites, shopping nearby. Pretty much in the middle of the country and in the middle of everything you could think of to do. This is a great get-away whether you want to do it all, or just relax, and do nothing. Typical mid-states charm and warm welcoming people.
