Royal Vacation Suites

If you're looking for a super fancy mega resort, this isn't it. If you're looking for a nice, clean, quite place right on the strip, then this is the place.

I've stayed here several times. The outside could use a facelift, but as soon as you enter the lobby you're in for a surprise! Lovely lobby area with bar and an excellent Italian Restaurant. The 1 bedroom unit is very nice, with a comfortable matress and nice furnishings. It is separated from the livingroom by a door which can be shut turing it into two private rooms. It has a nice pool area and at the present time they are putting in a whirlpool tub. The pool area has private cabannas with TV's in them and a misting system. There is also a business area in the lobby with a computer, printer, fax, etc.

Right now this area of the strip has a ton of construction. The Frontier and Stardust have just been demolished, leaving this end of the strip a bit desolate. Of course, the Wynn is next door, and the Riviera 1 block away. However, once the two new mega casinos are finished, this will be the place to be! It's 1/2 block off the strip and will be in the center of the action. Not sure when the new casinos will be finished, perhaps 2009 or 2010? It's also very close to the convention center.

I enjoyed my stay and would stay here again.
