Royal Vacation Suites, part of Royal Resort, is located in the heart of the famous Las Vegas Strip across from the Stardust Hotel. This timeshare property currently offers studio accommodations with future plans to add an upscale 40-story tower on the Royal Resort property. The tower will feature studio, deluxe, master deluxe, and suite timeshare units with an extensive variety of amenities including fully-equipped kitchens, washer/dryer, and spacious living and dining areas.
Studio units at Royal Vacation Suites sleep two and feature a king bed, 19" TV, air conditioning, microwave, mini-refrigerator, and coffee maker. Owners and guests are welcome to spend the day lounging in the warm Las Vegas sun or spend time poolside in a private cabana. For a good meal at a great price, head to Cosmo's Continental Ristorante located off the lobby of the Royal Resort.
If you have a car and are looking for a change of pace, less than 20 minutes away is Red Rock Canyon. The canyon is an amazing natural environment of colorful sandstone and beautiful scenery just beyond the western edges of Las Vegas. Some of the best sights are along the National Conservation Area scenic loop.

If you're looking for a super fancy mega resort, this isn't it. If you're looking for a nice, clean, quite place right on the strip, then this is the place.
I've stayed here several times. The outside could use a facelift, but as soon as you enter the lobby you're in for a surprise! Lovely lobby area with bar and an excellent Italian Restaurant. The 1 bedroom unit is very nice, with a comfortable matress and nice furnishings. It is separated from the livingroom by a door which can be shut turing it into two private rooms. It has a nice pool area and at the present time they are putting in a whirlpool tub. The pool area has private cabannas with TV's in them and a misting system. There is also a business area in the lobby with a computer, printer, fax, etc.
Right now this area of the strip has a ton of construction. The Frontier and Stardust have just been demolished, leaving this end of the strip a bit desolate. Of course, the Wynn is next door, and the Riviera 1 block away. However, once the two new mega casinos are finished, this will be the place to be! It's 1/2 block off the strip and will be in the center of the action. Not sure when the new casinos will be finished, perhaps 2009 or 2010? It's also very close to the convention center.
I enjoyed my stay and would stay here again.
