MY WIFE AND I HAVE BEEN STAYING IN DIFFERENT TIMESHARES FOR THE PAST 10 YEARS WHEN WE GO ON VACATION IN FACT THE PLACES WE HAVE STAYED PROMPTED US TO BUY ONE OF OUR OWN IN HILTON HEAD SC. BUT THIS PLACE IS THE WORST I HAVE EVER SEEN. THE UNITS ARE CLEAN BUT SMALL BUT THE OUTSIDE OF THE BUILDING IS A MESS ALL THE APPLIANCES IN THE UNIT ARE PRETTY MUCH USELESS WALLPAPER IN THE BATHROOMS IS COMING OFF THE WALLS IN AREAS. THE TILE IN THE MAIN BATHROOM ALONG THE EDGE OF THE TUB IS NASTY AND FILTHY. THE VACUUM THAT IS PROVIDED IS SPITING OUT STUFF INSTEAD OF PICKING IT UP. THIS IS WAHT HAPPENS WHEN THE PEOPLE WHO OWN THE PLACE IS INTERESTED IN NOTHING MORE TAHN GETTING YOUR DOUGH. THANK GOD WE JUST RENTED THIS PALCE FOR THE WEEK AND DIDNT BUY. ALL IN ALL A REAL UGLY PLACE TO STAY. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

My husband and I own 2 week's at the Beach House and absoutely love it!

We feel at home when we are there.

Everytime we go back, we are welcomed by the friendly staff, whom we have know for the past 23 years.

They make us feel like family, and will go out of thier way to see that all of our needs are met.

The unit has recently been updated with all new applainces, carpet, vinyl , and furniture.

New bright tropical color scheme .

Top rated housekeeping staff, that makes sure you are living in a clean home, away from home, while you are on your vacation.

It's so realxing to sit out on the ocean front balcony, and enjoy the nice large rocking chairs.

I highly recommend this resort, to anyone who enjoys staying in a nice, clean, family, orienated place.

Conviently located to all the shows, resturants, grocery stores, and amusement park.

I've been going to this resort with my family for the past five years and it just keeps getting better. The rooms are neat and nicely decorated and they all have a great ocean view. The location is excellent with many activities and resturants near by. We will be going back for many years to come.

Spent week 32 here and it was great ! Very well kept grounds and rooms. A real compliment to the friendly staff.Full size living rm,dinning area,kitchen,bath and bedroom. Bright cheery rooms. Every room has a balconey with 2 rocking chairs. Quaint ! Activities for everyone -the best ever vacation.Thanks,we'll be back !!!! Came back in 2005 and found most of the rooms totally redone. Fabulous decore!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We were very disappointed with this resort. We knew that the units were small before going there but were disccouraged to find that our living room had no windows. The bedroom had a patio door but that was the only available light. Some updates had taken place in the unit but, for the most part, it was old and grungy. Not a good experience!
