Sandy Square

Did an Interval Exchange Memorial week...Has Sunday checkin..not the best day to checkin..but no other option.. Unit 202 was a 3 bedroom and recently renovated. New 37 inch Plasma TV..new couch, and possible new carpet. The exterior was well maintained..and the VIEW.. facing the ocean..heard the waves crashing during the visit. No pool, no services, but its Ocean City..tons of choices...great location to walk for food, movies, bus stop.. Its located on 118th street, so away from the crowds..nice bike ride to boardwalk..Fly fishing on the ocean.. The Timeshare was so nice, looking to purchase a week...What a great last minute exchange..family of 8 loved it.

This is an oceanfront resort in North Ocean City. All units are large with (3) bedrooms. There are no activities at the resort, but you can walk to many activities nearby. Underneath parking as well as large parking areas. All timeshares are on the second floor with a great view of the ocean.
