Exceptional property with strong management. Located one block from the ocean and located in a very upscale residential area.

have stayed there twice in last 2 months. Staff is very helpful and property is well kept up. This is small resort, only about 25 units, but they make a real effort to be helpful and make you feel welcome.

We just returned from our trip and the rental was fantastic. The whole "house" was absolutely spotless. It was less than 1 block from the beach. The staff was friendly and helpful all the time. Thanks for a great stay.

Great location, so much to do. Easy drive to Santa Barbara. Clean, comfortable and a great staff. Private spa for each unit is wonderful. Far less traffic and congestion compared to areas south of LA. Nestled among million dollar homes. Walk out the door and down the alley a half block and you are on the beach.
