We have owned weeks here since 1987. We bought because during our promotional stay way back then, we drifted into restful bliss. Convenient to theme parks without crowds & hustle bustle. Friendly, helpful staff has events throughout the week.

No units are second class as all are spacious, two bedrooms & oceanfront with large balconies which have an excellent view of Cape Kennedy liftoffs. One parking space per unit 1st floor protected garage is provided.

To update the 2003 comment of being dated, post 2006 hurricane, all units have been updated.

Truly enjoyable Las Olas stays also rank highly for RCI exchanges which have been awesome.

Now retired, we have acquired two dogs & an RV which change our lifestyle. We will be selling timeshare weeks here. Those who like to be in the center of activity constantly should seek resorts in the Orlando area.

Las Olas has shown enviable staying power always maintaining RCIs highest level, Gold Crown. If laid back & family oriented, an hour plus to theme parks, Las Olas is for you.

All units were ocean front at Satellite Beach. We had an end unit; 2 bedrom; which was quite large and nicely furnished. If there is a launch at the Cape, you will have a great view from here.

There was an elevator and four floors of condo timeshares with a garage on the ground floor.

The staff were helpful and there to make your vacation more enjoyable. They had activities that were geared more to the adults versus children.

Close to Cape Canaveral and Daytona Beach. Day fishing trips available from Ponce Inlet.

Nice outdoor pool with umbrella tables and lounge chairs. Outdoor grill available. Beach front location with just a few steps to the beach and ocean.

Would definitely return to this resort. This was one of the nicest places we have stayed at.

I own at both Cocoa Beach and Satellite Beach Las Olas. They are both great resorts. The turtle watching is better at Satellite, and the atmosphere is more laid back. All units have a beach/ocean view. The beach is much nicer at Cocoa Beach, and amenities are closer and more plentiful there. Staff is excellent at both resorts, and make you feel like part of the family. We have been back many times.

Great ocean views, you are able to see launches over the ocean from Kennedy Space Center from the balcony. Extremely large end unit and great accomodations as well. Property is well maintained and clean. Nice accomodating staff as well. Close to shopping and restaurants.

Excellent view in a huge end unit. Decor's a little dated. Very well stocked. Close to shopping and restaurants.
