This is a townhouse complex with a swimming pool and whirlpool. The resort is surrounded by attractions including a large marina, nightclubs, stage shows, and casinos. Close to downtown Reno, you will find an 18-hole golf course, and an indoor ice-skating rink. During the winter months, an outside skiing rink is also featured in the heart of downtown. World-class skiing in the Sierra Nevada Mountains overlooking Lake Tahoe at Squaw Valley, California, is approximately a half-hour's drive away, while popular Mt. Rose (a local favorite) is only 20minutes away. Fishing from the Truckee River that runs through Reno is a popular pastime, as is kayaking and tubing. Sparks is home to Hot August Nights, Rib Cook-Offs, and weekly farmer's markets.

Very clean and nice place to relax (we were there last AUG, 2006 and come back on July 2007). We enjoyed the facilities and the friendly staff, plus the full kitchen and free laundromat within the compound.

3/2004 Had a nice stay with two families, kids included. Rooms are clean and spacious. Make sure and request a room facing the pool courtyard. Our room looked out to the not so nice neighborhood outside the resort. It turned out not to matter too much as we were always busy doing something. The pool was nice, and our 11 year old stayed busy playing basketball and tennis. Good location. A little away from all the Casino Action, but it only took us 5 minutes to get to Circus Circus in Reno. This would be a good place for a home base for a "Reno Area" vacation. There are several units that are comepletely being remodeled. Very nice BBQ area/facilities, near the pool.

I have to say that it has been 2 years, but I was not happy with the T-bird. I looked at it as nothing more than a place to sleep. You can tell that this "resort" is nothing more than an old aparment complex revamped and furnished. They did have a nice pool though.

Great Place! I have been staying here for the past 10 years!.....lots of things to do. The Reno area is a great place to vacation, something for everyone.
