Wow!! I have exchanged into this resort 4 times. I just got back from my 4th trip. I was very much impressed with the renovation. The units are very well maintained with friendly staff ready to serve you. I just can’t say enough good things about it.

I didn’t use the health/tennis club. I had planned on using the facilities so I did check out the place and it was clean and in working order. Someone said that the tennis courts are clay courts. The courts were where the action seemed to be. There’s a covered heated pool and a regular pool that is in the sun. They have a sauna and a whirlpool. Classes were scheduled for yoga/pilates and aquatics but I was too busy resting and relaxing to participate.

We saw a lot of families walk to the beach via the boardwalks. It’s a short walk. You can pack your things in the car and drive to the beach via beach access on the side street and park your car on the beach. There are a lot of small shells on the beach.

It’s a wonderful resort. I wanted a laid back, peaceful place, and I found it at this resort. I’ll be back.

I recently spent an RCI exchange week in a 1/1 here. The unit; view; beach; staff and check in and out were all excellent. The negatives were a large beautiful but UNHEATED POOL and the connected tennis club and spa, which was dirty and frequently out of service. The spa, under separate management, appeared to be very poorly maintained.

This timeshare complex has 40 one-bedroom one bath units and eight two-bedroom, two bath units. It is directly on the beach, with a hint of privacy provided by a dunes area that requires a short boardwalk to get to the beach. The complex was renovated from 2001 to 2003 and is now in great shape. Rooms have ceramic tile and are freshly painted. The only negative is that cars can drive on the beach. There are two floating programs--prime, which is summer, and preferred, which is everything except summer (weeks 1-21, 38-52).
