stayed in a rental: clean, well furnished 2 bedroom/2 bath, roomy, great view of the ocean, best-furnished kitchen of any condo I've stayed in. not much activities (not that we were looking for them), and the exercise facility was better than most. unheated pool was nice but too cold to enjoy in March. convenient to good restaurants and grocery shopping. Struggled with whether to give 4 stars or only 3, but majority won. I'm just hoping for an exchange to come available!

Beachfront, newly renovated, clean, beautiful view, convenient to supermarkets, shopping, historic sites, boating, deep-sea fishing, golf (from miniature to PGA), kayaking, horseback riding, tennis, bicycling, jet skiing and great surfing.
All units have had a facelift with new master bedroom furniture, lovely window treatments in the living room and new chair upholstery - rooms are clean, bright and well-equipped.
The lobby has finally had a makeover and the difference is amazing. The new look evokes plush tropical resorts on Asian beaches. The quality of the furnishings, artwork, plants and all aspects of the remodeling work are evident in this spacious, bright guest area.
Onsite facilities include a pool, Jacuzzi, game room, basketball court, and barbecue grills. Bicycles and movies may be rented from the front desk. Next door, guests may use two more pools (indoor and out), spa, sauna, full Nautilus Health Center and 10 clay tennis courts. Enjoy wireless, high-speed internet access to the entire property.

Wow!! I have exchanged into this resort 4 times. I just got back from my 4th trip. I was very much impressed with the renovation. The units are very well maintained with friendly staff ready to serve you. I just cant say enough good things about it.
I didnt use the health/tennis club. I had planned on using the facilities so I did check out the place and it was clean and in working order. Someone said that the tennis courts are clay courts. The courts were where the action seemed to be. Theres a covered heated pool and a regular pool that is in the sun. They have a sauna and a whirlpool. Classes were scheduled for yoga/pilates and aquatics but I was too busy resting and relaxing to participate.
We saw a lot of families walk to the beach via the boardwalks. Its a short walk. You can pack your things in the car and drive to the beach via beach access on the side street and park your car on the beach. There are a lot of small shells on the beach.
Its a wonderful resort. I wanted a laid back, peaceful place, and I found it at this resort. Ill be back.

I recently spent an RCI exchange week in a 1/1 here. The unit; view; beach; staff and check in and out were all excellent. The negatives were a large beautiful but UNHEATED POOL and the connected tennis club and spa, which was dirty and frequently out of service. The spa, under separate management, appeared to be very poorly maintained.

This timeshare complex has 40 one-bedroom one bath units and eight two-bedroom, two bath units. It is directly on the beach, with a hint of privacy provided by a dunes area that requires a short boardwalk to get to the beach. The complex was renovated from 2001 to 2003 and is now in great shape. Rooms have ceramic tile and are freshly painted. The only negative is that cars can drive on the beach. There are two floating programs--prime, which is summer, and preferred, which is everything except summer (weeks 1-21, 38-52).
