The Ridge Pointe Resort

Just returned from Thanksgiving week at Ridge Point. Was pretty disappointed with the condition of the whole suite. Carpet was dirty, patio door to the deck was dirty and all the grout in the kitchen, bathroom and flooring was stained. The front door was so warped that we woke up to snow on the inside of the entryway. Sheets did not fit on the bed properly so that they pulled away as soon as you got in bed. The sleeper couch in the living room could not be slept on because of the condition of the mattress. We had a midweek cleaning while we stayed in the unit, the bathroom and kitchen was not touched much less swept or mopped. I could go on and on, missing or burnt out light bulbs, had to pay for internet which turned out not to work the last two days. Overall this place needs a lot of work, a complete updating, a new cleaning staff to go with a much needed total transformation.

Spectacular view!!! Very peaceful with great accomodations! Walk out the back and get right on the ski slope! Very close to top of tram.

I have stayed at this resort. Very nice if you want to ski Heavenly. Great views of the run and the rooms are spacious.

I exchanged a week into this resort and was very pleased with it. Units were new and beautifully furnished. Gorgeous views of the mountains from unit. Spacious units. You got use of all of the "Ridge" amenities when you exchanged into the Ridge Pointe. The only thing I didn't like was that you had to get in your car and ride up to the Ridge to use the facilities, so from that standpoint I prefer to stay at the Ridge. However, the units were every bit as nice as the better ones at the Ridge (Cascades, Terrace). A very strong four stars.
