Although the 1 bed units are rather small, the location was great for us with 2 teenage girls. Located next to the Water Park and on the boardwalk of the Marina, there was better than usual security and great access to shops and restuarants. The view of the marina was great from our balcony. I would trade into here again.

Wake up folks. This is the same resort that is shown as Mayan Palace at the marina! This site should be eliminated.

I own with Mayan Palace and have stayed at their marina resort but not sure what THIS is supposed to be. Vidafel is the original name of Mayan resorts. In Puerta Vallarta at the Marina, Mayan Palace is on the ocean side of the street and the related Vidafel Sea Gardens was on the marina side but I believe it is gone now. They seem to be building a Grand Mayan on that land as of 11/06.

The service at the resort was excellent. The Mexican fiesta is the best! The water park is being torn down due to hurricane damage.

Have stayed at this resort several times, and found the rooms to be large and clean - but sort of old-fashioned Mexican style.

Always found the staff very friendly and accomodating.

The only drawback to this resort is the nearby Waterpark that opens quite early in the AM -- with VERY loud music.

When I stayed at this resort the service was horrible, and the staff was rude. The rooms are dark and dingy. I only stayed one night and found another place to stay.
