Cabo San Lucas, Mexico, North America 23410
Cabo San Lucas, located at the southern tip of Baja Peninsula, is well known for its dry, tropical climate and famous as one of the best spots for deep-sea fishing. Marlin, dorado, sailfish, and swordfish are the best catches. Beautiful scenery abounds as nearby mountains continue into the peninsula, narrowing at its end to form a magnificent natural stone arch, carved from the beating of the waves over the centuries.

I have stayed at the Marina Fiesta many times and have always enjoyed my stay. But I don't go during the spring break time of year that is in late March to the middle of April, unless I want to be surrounded with people my kids age. The best part about the Marina Fiesta is it is centrally located to everything in Cabo so you can walk to downtown or to the beach but sitting in your rooms balcony looking out over the Marina is a joy in it's self. When my adult children go with my wife and I they enjoy all the clubs for dancing like Squid Row, Cabo Wabo, & The Giggling Marlin.
I personally like Rips Bar, it is a small outside bar in the courtyard below Cabo Wabo and it seems everyone passes that location sometime while in Cabo so it is great for people watching, eating tacos, smoking great cigars and drinking a few beers.
The job I have is very stressful so I have to make it to Cabo every year just to unwind and enjoy life for a while.

We stayed at the resort in late March 2008. We have stayed in about 6 resorts in Los Cabos and this was our worst experience. We came as a group of 6 - the rooms were not what and where they were supposed to be and managemet didn't really care. We finally were able to get somewhat accommodated - though 2 rooms faced a wall with no view to speak of. We could not make phone calls out of our room and every time we charged to our room was a hassle because the front desk had made such a mess of things. They were still billing us for a room we did not occupy - which was finally straightened out on Day 9. The elevators were small - and often times we had to wait for another because it was full of employees. Staff members kept popping into our room without even knocking - or immediately after a single knock - once catching my husband in his underwear. We don't speak much Spanish so we had no idea what they wanted. The rooms could use updating. The pool area was often extremely obnoxious with drunken teenagers yelling and screaming. On the upside - the concierges were very helpful. The manager was worthless.

I love it here. My first stay here was via hotel booked on Expedia. I was so pleased with the resort that I decided to purchase a unit here. The location can't be beat. Other than to/from the airport, you don't need a car or taxi as everything is within a couple of blocks. The location is on the marina with many shops and restaurants. The hotel offers a market on-site and there's a supermercado (supermarket) about 2-3 blocks away. Cabo Wabo is about 3 blocks and the Hard Rock Cafe, Margaritaville, and Squid Roe are at the end of the marina. I recommend Alexander's for a nice dinner. Medano Beach is about 2 blocks from the resort. For reference, over the course of 5 years, I've stayed at 8 resorts in Cabo and decided to buy here. Pueblo Bonito Rose/Blanco are also nice resorts, but taxis are needed to do anything outside of the resort.

We have just returned from a 7 night stay the Marina Fiesta and the hotel exceeded our expectations in just about every way. Upon check in we were informed that the main pool was just being finished remodeled and would be opened the next day. However to compensate for the inconvenience we were given a suite that overlooked the "quiet pool". The room was larger than expected and very clean except for some mold in the tub and the water didn't completely turn off. Otherwise everything was great in our room. Hotel staff was very friendly and accommodating, especially Brian at the bellhop area. We had a late check out and the staff handled our luggage, and allowed us to come and go in the spa for changing clothes for the beach. Every evening upon returning from a late night out the staff was very careful to check admittance to the rooms, which as 3 women traveling alone we appreciated. The location was perfect! Step right out of the hotel, down a small street and you're right on the Marina boardwalk with access to food, drinks and shopping. No need to rent a cab - you can walk anywhere you want to go. 2 block walk to the beach which part of it was uphill - a little brutal after a long day at the beach, but never the less the best all around location of any hotel in that area. Internet cafe on site as well as a small convenience store. Pool area was a little quiet for our taste, (we prefer games and activities). Never had trouble finding a chair and the water was a nice temperature. We will definitely return to the Marina Fiesta again!

We have stayed at the Marina Fiesta nine times over the past seven years. We love it! The location is unbeatable, and you can walk to many of the best restaurants, plenty of shopping and nightlife.
The staff is very friendly and helpful. The swimup bar in the main pool is a regular gathering place for folks to share the happenings of their day and meet new people. There is a second pool behind the building which is nice and quiet for those wanting a more peaceful time.
The rooftop gym has very new equipment, a well- maintained hot tub, and views of all of Cabo. We have never found more than two other people using the gym when we are there.
It is our favorite place to stay when we are in Cabo San Lucas.

Stayed here Dec 05. Extremely rude front desk personel but the manager was very apologetic and gave us room "upgrade". In need of redo as the mold in the bathroom and kitchen was beginning to show. Restaurant was just ok. The location is very convenient. The access to the marina and downtown couldn't be more convenient. Would stay here again but they definately need some redos.

My wife and I have stayed at the Marina Fiesta several times. We like the central location, which gives us the opportunity to walk to the beach, restaurants and shopping. Taxi's are expensive in Cabo and many resorts are too far from town - you won't need a taxi at this resort!
Also, Medano Beach is only a short walk away. Medano is the only safe swimming beach in Cabo. Always make sure you book a place on or near Medano beach.

Had a great time at this resort. They initially did not have the room that was specified, but gave us two rooms to compensate for the difficulties. (This actually worked out better anyway).

Marina Fiesta is in the perfect location! It is situated on the marina right next to the new mall. Easy access to the both beach bars (The Office, Billigans, etc) and downtown. Everything is in walking distance from here. I don't think there is a better location in Cabo.
The resort itself is wonderful -- large rooms, excellent service, great pools. We normally go once a year with the kids and they just love it! But its also perfect when we are travelling without the kids too.

We own at this resort and have been many times. It is very convenient to EVERYTHING and we never need to rent a car. My children 4 and 10 can't wait to go back each year to play in the small playground area and meet their old friends & make new ones...My wife loves the rooftop gym and early morning jogging around the boardwalk/marina. The resort is smaller and more intimate than some of the MEGA resorts around Cabo and I find it very friendly and comfortable. For location and convenience it really cannot be matched. I LOVE going back to Cabo each year and the Marina Fiesta is definately one of the main reasons I feel that way!

Marina Fiesta has it all. A spa onsite to relax, secluded pools and jacuzzis. Also, is close to what ever you want to do and enjoy. I have been many times.

Resort has a friendly staff and attend to all types of visitors.
Security was apparent at all hours.
I awoke each morning without a back ache.
The pool and bar area was a great place to meet and socialize with other guests and also the restarant and bar staff who delivered good drinks and food.
I left money laying out on purpose-- nothing was missing.
Convienent place to stay, and always something to look at in the Marina area. If you like boating activity this is the right place.

We own a 1 BR lockoff at Marina Fiesta, and we love it there. We normally go every Spring. We love the location, so close to town and within walking distance to many restaurants, and a stone's throw from the new mall. We find the units comfortable, love the marina view, and the staff are all friendly & helpful.
