Cabo San Lucas, located at the southern tip of Baja Peninsula, is well known for its dry, tropical climate and famous as one of the best spots for deep-sea fishing. Marlin, dorado, sailfish, and swordfish are the best catches. Beautiful scenery abounds as nearby mountains continue into the peninsula, narrowing at its end to form a magnificent natural stone arch, carved from the beating of the waves over the centuries.

This was our first stay at the Marina Fiesta. We now have a timeshare there. We found the staff to be very nice and helpful. The location couldn't be more perfect to walk anywhere you want to go. The resort is very family friendly. I would just like to thank everyone at the Marina Fiesta for being so helpful and kind during our stay.

Without a doubt one the best timeshare resorts in cabo!!!! Good staff, well maintained, nice pool and a convienence store for the always late fisherman who needs supplies before getting on the boat. Oh did I mention the boats can pick you up right outside the gate. Perfect for fisherman. No cabs needed. Pretty inexpensive to stay as well . I'm planning another trip in Oct.(tuna time) Two thumbs up!!!!!!!

I have stayed at the Marina Fiesta many times and have always enjoyed my stay. But I don't go during the spring break time of year that is in late March to the middle of April, unless I want to be surrounded with people my kids age. The best part about the Marina Fiesta is it is centrally located to everything in Cabo so you can walk to downtown or to the beach but sitting in your rooms balcony looking out over the Marina is a joy in it's self. When my adult children go with my wife and I they enjoy all the clubs for dancing like Squid Row, Cabo Wabo, & The Giggling Marlin.
I personally like Rips Bar, it is a small outside bar in the courtyard below Cabo Wabo and it seems everyone passes that location sometime while in Cabo so it is great for people watching, eating tacos, smoking great cigars and drinking a few beers.
The job I have is very stressful so I have to make it to Cabo every year just to unwind and enjoy life for a while.

We stayed at the resort in late March 2008. We have stayed in about 6 resorts in Los Cabos and this was our worst experience. We came as a group of 6 - the rooms were not what and where they were supposed to be and managemet didn't really care. We finally were able to get somewhat accommodated - though 2 rooms faced a wall with no view to speak of. We could not make phone calls out of our room and every time we charged to our room was a hassle because the front desk had made such a mess of things. They were still billing us for a room we did not occupy - which was finally straightened out on Day 9. The elevators were small - and often times we had to wait for another because it was full of employees. Staff members kept popping into our room without even knocking - or immediately after a single knock - once catching my husband in his underwear. We don't speak much Spanish so we had no idea what they wanted. The rooms could use updating. The pool area was often extremely obnoxious with drunken teenagers yelling and screaming. On the upside - the concierges were very helpful. The manager was worthless.

I love it here. My first stay here was via hotel booked on Expedia. I was so pleased with the resort that I decided to purchase a unit here. The location can't be beat. Other than to/from the airport, you don't need a car or taxi as everything is within a couple of blocks. The location is on the marina with many shops and restaurants. The hotel offers a market on-site and there's a supermercado (supermarket) about 2-3 blocks away. Cabo Wabo is about 3 blocks and the Hard Rock Cafe, Margaritaville, and Squid Roe are at the end of the marina. I recommend Alexander's for a nice dinner. Medano Beach is about 2 blocks from the resort. For reference, over the course of 5 years, I've stayed at 8 resorts in Cabo and decided to buy here. Pueblo Bonito Rose/Blanco are also nice resorts, but taxis are needed to do anything outside of the resort.
