Location, Location, Location! Right in the heart of Punta Cancun. I love this resort because it is just small enough to have the privacy you need but large enough to have some amentities. I will always go back!

spent two weeks here ,stayed there 3 years ago ,they have really upgraded the resort , and changed the staff for the better , normally i would bank my week there but i will go again next year, very very good time

This is an older resort on the lagoon, far away from any beach. Poorly maintained with refurbishing long overdue. Few amenities. Not recommended for families with childen.
