Palm Beach Club

I exchanged 2 weeks in Florida for 2 weeks in this resort as we were travelling with a 6 month old baby for the first time. At check in I was told there was a surcharge for non owners. I was charged 344 euros and then 100 euros for car parking. This is on top of the £150 I had paid as an exchange fee. No-one at the resort could explain these charges to me when I objected. I was told it was company policy. Other guests who exchanged through RCI were not charged anything. This spoiled what was an excellent holiday. Apatments were clean and modern and the housekeeping staff are to be commended. Food in restaurant was excellent if a bit overpriced. Entertainment was great and the entertainment team worked hard to ensure everyone enjoyed themselves. Just a pity that the companies greed lets them down. For this reason only I would not return.

If you get a chance to buy at this resort - DO IT!

we are palm beach owners and are renting out in 2003 for health reasons .it;s a great resort and a very friendly atmosphere.it;s location in the centre of the resort is ideal and situated across the road from the beach.the entertainment makes you want to stay at the complex every day and evening and there is a lot going on for children too.we will miss our holiday there
