We have stayed in the building 3 times in the last 8 years and loved everyminute. The location just doesn't get any better. The old Hilton Kona is located next door. It is a nice walk to downtown and back for shopping and eating. In 2003 much upgrading was done outside wise. These are all one bedrooms.

This is definitely the best place to stay on the Big Island. With beaches on both sides of the building (one for snorkeling and one for surfing) and the short walk into downtown, its location cannot be beat.

We stayed in #409 for $77 per night plus tax and it was the best money we ever spent!!!!!
