Stayed here in the middle of July 2004 in Unit 16 upstairs which is an end unit at the intersection of a very busy street corner. The unit has no air conditioning with some very warm nights at room temperatures of 78 to 84 degrees. The street noise starting about 5:30 AM to at least 10:00 PM will prohibit you from opening the windows for relief. Heard similar complaints from other vacationers along with complaints about 2nd floor noise for those staying on the 1st floor. You can see a picture of outside unit upstairs. It is the one that has the street lamp in it.

The rooms are very clean and nicely furnished and the management is very pleasant. Jackson Hole is a fun place to visit but choose your accomadations carefully.

Our stay at Jackson Pines was very disappointing. My husband and I exchanged into this resort for its proximity to the area national parks. While we were aware there were few amenities available at this location, we were unprepared for what was experienced in Unit No. 6, the lower end unit assigned. Constant road noise from vehicles traveling on the side street, coupled with the light streaming through the rear glass door entrance throughout the night, was responsible for many sleepless nights. Also, while the unit was furnished adequately with rustic furniture, it offered no closet space.

The only favorable comment that one could make about this 'resort' was its Jackson Hole location.
