Ocean Maya

We visited for a week in Febuary 2008. A great spot to relax on the beach! All of the service staff are very focused on customer service. Food was great, and it's just a few minutes north of Playa Del Carmen. Snorkel tours go out right from their beach. A very safe, beautiful location. The newly upgraded units (after Hurricane Wilma 2006) and grounds are just gorgeous.

We stayed here Jan 08-22/07. the grounds are very well kept. the servers were very accomidating, friendly and courteous. The spa and staff were very pleasant, a very relaxing and comforting spa, I'm sure the treatments would have been awesome. The activities staff were tops, We were very impressed with the quality of shows and the caliber of such nice young entertainers, they were also responsible for day activities, and made the pool area come alive. My hat goes off to them all. The food was good and I'm sure it will get better, they really are trying to be very good, (most people would say the food was exselent) We recomend this place.45-60min walk on the beach to Playa. beautiful jeff
