Golden Shores at Playa de Oro Club

The rooms are large & spacious with balconies, and the staff is friendly. The resort has an abundance of activities, food, beverages, pools and is oceanfront in a convenient location. There is a wonderful, HUGE, childrens pool and children's activity center. There is an additional recreational pool with music and activities - water volleyball, polo, aerobics etc, and finally there is a quieter private pool for owners, in addition the beach and ocean is right in front and relatively calm and warm considering it's the Pacific. There are a variety of activities on site - tennis, volleyball, soccer, dancing etc. There are numerous restaurants including a French adults only (men need slacks and closed toe shoes), sit down Italian, sit down Japanese with Sushi, and then the Buffet plus a Beach Grill and Room Service, if you go hungry it is your own fault. The drinks are good and plentiful. There is live show most nights of the week, plus a small bar with Billiards and Air Hockey. Finally, this resort is in a good location, close to the Marina - for sea excursions, and walking distances to restaurants and a Mexican Shopping/Tourist Market! This is a great place!
