The Parkside Victoria, luxury fractional ownership resort is expected to open near the end of April, 2007. The developer is using green technologies in developing this resort right in the heart of beautiful Victoria, BC. It is expected to have an indoor pool, restaurant, lounge, private movie theater, rooftop patio, spa, health club, and concierge services. Unit amenities will include 9 foot ceilings with crown moldings, maple wood floors and furnishings, flat screen televisions, fireplaces, and gourmet kitchens with granite and stainless steel.
