Carter Plantation is one of Louisiana's most historic plantation properties, with a chartered Spanish land grant dating back to 1804. Now the plantation is a 500 acre master planned community encompassing Carter Plantation Resort,a 65-unit vacation ownership development.

Spacious two-bedroom, two-bathroom lock-off villas, containing more than 1,400 square feet of living space, allow unit owners and guests the flexibility of using the unit in many different configurations.
