One word: Excellent. I stayed at Unit 5. (1st week of May, 2006) This is such a beautiful area. The units are gorgeous, well maintained and this unit is right on Thunderbird lake. Access to the lake, fishing etc. (Can also launch your own boat). Guite a few area attractions also, such as Hardy, Ar. Hot Springs, Eureka, MO. etc. Lots of antiques, shopping and flea markets. I would not hesitate to go back there again. However I feel it is important to obtain units 1-5 for best overall experience.
