Sand, surf, fun and sun are what Sand and Surf Condominium is all about! Amenities at Sand and Surf include an outdoor oceanside deck with a large pool and children's wading pool, outdoor grills, and picnic area. Join staff and guests each Wednesday for coffee, orange juice and donuts from March to September!

Smaller and intimate, Sand and Surf is composed of only twenty-eight units - just enough to create a relaxing, community atmosphere. Studio units sleep up to four, while one-bedroom units can accommodate up to six guests. Many units are poolside, overlooking the Atlantic Ocean, and have small furnished balconies that are tailor-made for relaxing with a cup of coffee while watching the sun rise. All have full, well-equipped kitchens with microwave ovens and dishwashers.

The Daytona Beach area is loaded with activities, from watersports to NASCAR racing. Fishing enthusiasts can charter a boat at a nearby marina for a day of deep sea trolling. Surfing, snorkeling, and parasailing are also aquatic favorites in the Daytona area. Land lovers should head inland and check out the Daytona International Speedway or catch a Daytona Cubs game at Jackie Robinson Ballpark.

Sand and Surf, located in Daytona Beach Shores, is the perfect escape for families and couples who want to enjoy a less crowded vacation experience right on the beach but still be close to all the action in downtown Daytona Beach. Shopping is close by, just over the bridge in Port Orange. The staff is exceptional and accommodating. You feel like family the moment you arrive!

We've stayed at the Sand and Surf for 6 years in a row during Bike Week and have found it to be the perfect place as far as location and comfort. It is just far enough to get away from the crowds for a little R&R, and close enough to go get to Main Street in a matter of minutes! The unit we've stayed in is Ocean front, and you can't beat that you can walk out back, jump in the pool or with a matter of a few steps have your feet in the sand. Watch the sunrise from your own balcony! The units are very clean, come fully stocked with everything you need - full size refrigerator, stove, microwave and all cooking and dining accessories. So you can eat out or in, use their BBQ grills, etc. Lots of good folks to hang out here. Hightly recommended!
