- Sand, surf, fun and sun are what Sand and Surf Condominium is all about. This small 28 unit timeshare facility prides itself on its family environment that is fun, friendly, and safe for everyone. Sand and Surf offers studio timeshare accommodations that sleep four and one-bedroom accommodations that sleep six.
Amenities at Sand and Surf include an outdoor oceanside deck with a large pool and children's wading pool, outdoor grills, picnic area, and a tennis court. Join staff and guests each Tuesday for coffee, orange juice and donuts, or a BBQ on Thursdays in spring and summer.
The Daytona Beach area is loaded with activities, from watersports to NASCAR racing. Fishing enthusiasts can charter a boat at a nearby marina for a day of deep sea trolling. Surfing, snorkeling, and parasailing are also aquatic favorites in the Daytona area. Land lovers should head inland and check out the Daytona International Speedway or catch a Daytona Cubs game at Jackie Robinson Ballpark.

March, 2012 - They are nearly finished remodelling the units. New bathroom fixtures, new tub & shower, newly remodeled kitchen and dining area, new kitchen counters and appliances! If you were here in the past, you won't believe how much better it is now!
The units are very comfortable and the 2 full bathrooms is a big plus! They replaced all the beds while we were there December, 2009. Love the fact that you walk out the back gate and you are on the beach! Close enough to Daytona Beach without all the extra traffic. Easy to drive to Orlando or St. Augustine for a day.
