Relatively small facility (about 50 units) and well managed (by VRI). Adequate amenities on site, plenty more nearby. Free bicycle use. Being north of all the hubub and traffic of Times Square is a plus, yet you're still close enough to walk there easily. Within walking distance of Bowditch State Park also. The facility completed an extensive concrete resoration "face lift" project in 2007.

Outstanding small resort located between city pier and city park. Although small rooms, the veranda provides an outstanding Gulf view.

Summers are hot and humid, and good vacation times. Winters can generate fierce traffic problems.

Hurricanes have done their worst to this poperty, and it has always bounced back. Ideal for small families. Great staff.

The resort staff were friendly and responded quickly to requests. The condition of the resort and rooms was very good and very clean. We enjoyed the family atmosphere and the resort activities. We also enjoyed the nearby activities, including a one day trip to attractions in the Everglades.
