Update on Tucker v. TMC:

We are pleased to report that last Wednesday, February 19, 2020, the New York County Supreme Court granted our Order to Show Cause which has the effect of temporarily enjoining subpoenas that TMC recently served on my colleague Steve Hoffberg and myself to obtain documents from our files, pertaining to TMC members we represent other than Mr. Tucker despite the fact that Mr. Tucker does not know what other TMC members we represent and his legal action against TMC is distinct from our other representations.
