it's literally criminal that you must lose your initial investment to use the RELINQUISHMENT ALTERNATIVE. TMC should pay you the full nyc real estate value of the week (s) you own, less any maintenance fees that are in arrears.
however, you must do what you think is best in your current financial situation. (an alternative for your consideration, if this works for you, is to join attorney jean-mark zimmerman's lawsuit...his strategy and contact information are within the pages of this forum.)

i hope you'll consider joining attny zimmerman's suit before you make a final decision. it would be refreshing indeed if we can succeed in being victorious against the fraud bestowed upon all TMC OWNERS by ian bruce eichner, developer and former head of TMC and all of his cohorts.
