Manhattan Club Budget-2021 (by Chris V.):
hello again kevin,
maybe it's wishful thinking, but it's possible that TMC's legal movers and shakers are running out of steam. they seem to be drawing at non-existing straws. are we wearing them down?--- a mysteriously good thought to consider. attorney zimmerman and his team seem to be emitting some positive vibes.

This does not include the real estate taxes.$13,500,000 is allotted for bad debt. Another interesting side note: Joshua A Wirshba is still listed as the General Manager.I agree Chris it is unbelievable (or maybe it’s not) that this individual is still the General Manager. It will be very interesting to see what BlueGreen does as far as maintenance fees, top management etc. when they finally take complete control which I believe is in July or August.
