the reservation time extension request should be sent to TMC BOARD OF DIRECTORS, both management directors and owner directors (non-sponsored) with a copy to the TMC reservation department. consider referencing your specific reason for the extension, i.e, the specific requirements of owners' and employees' health, safety and welfare as specified by the CDC regulations regarding the CORONAVIRUS/COVID-19 PANDEMIC.
