You did good, Chris. Persistence paid off. Guess I need to revisit the expiration of my 2 penthouse weeks.. One is fixed in early December but my floating one is due to expire in August, perhaps. I know I received notification regarding payment of my maintenance fees. I haven't paid them yet - have you paid yours?
