Dick, you are absolutely right. It was me that posted the “idea” of the “possibility” of TMC filing bankruptcy. I merely asked the group if it was even possible for an HOA/Timeshare/Boutique Hotel to file bankruptcy. Simply a question and not a statement of fact.
