In 2014, when I had the timeshares appraised, I was in disbelief and angry, because at the time, on the open market, no one was buying them, they were worth nothing. So I didn't understand how they came up with and justified the amounts they assessed. Think about all the rising fees, over the years we owners have paid and I'll bet many of us have paid at least once over, what the purported value of these timeshares is.

When I inherited 2 time shares, one a penthouse and the other a studio with 2 bathrooms, I had to have this real estate assessed when having it transferred into my name from my Mother's. The penthouse was assessed at $30,000 and the other at $20,000. These assessments were done in June of 2014.
