I agree completely Melody. We have been taken advantage of for many years and regardless of any present or future crisis it will continue. The Manhattan Club has proven over and over that they will not do what is in the best interest of their owners. I will never “get used to it”. Maybe so many owners are not paying their maintenance fees because they are no longer interested in being taken advantage of with costs that are completely out of control.

TMC has been doing this for years now. It's not recent. It's not because of the pandemic. Why should I pay over 500.00 a night when I can go there for 160.00?
