Jessie, I think that is admirable to be paid up thru 2022. But, the Manhattan Club is not going to put you on the buy-back list if you continue to pay your fees. You are golden to them. Why would they want to take it back, when you are such an excellent payer? Once you stop paying your annual maintenance, then they are more inclined to buy it back (give it back). I was on their wait list for over 5 years and I would call them each year. After I stopped paying for the 2nd year, they found a way to offer me a buy back. Maybe they would take their chances with somebody else paying. I don't think it coincidental. Good luck!
