Sounds familiar as I'm a Sunterra member and have a unit for sale. It sounds as though you get a different story from them depending on who you talk with. My prospective buyer was told that no membership could be had w/o buying a unit from them. I never realized this would be such a hassle within the sales process. In fact it's brought a couple sale offers to a halt!! Anyone know of other TS memberhips that could be joined without buying a unit? Does Interval allow this membership transfer? Need some direction here!!
