The Statute of Limitations is 6 years from the date you discovered fraud. If a case is not brought within the 6 year period the option to sue is gone. The Zimmerman people may be OK. I would check with Zimmerman. Anyone not a Zimmerman client should reserve their legal right to sue by filing a Breach of Contract lawsuit against The Manhattan Club in Manhattan Civil Court at 111 Centre Street, NYC. The New York Attorney General concluded his investigation in 2017. The clock is ticking. Preserve your legal rights. Suing TMC is horrific. Their lawyers lie in Court, commit perjury, refuse to produce documents, etc. They are the perfect lawyers for Eichner and TMC.
