Have made decision to no longer pay our fees (due now); sent letter to TMC advising of such; sent letters to 3 credit bureaus to head off any ding on our credit; sent letter to NYAG as has been suggested. Also placed signed note in our Will explaining situation and stating we do not want our timeshare inherited by our kids. Owners since 2000.
