I also have been an owner for over 20 years and did not pay maintenance fees for the first time last year. The total disregard of The Manhattan Club towards owners during this COVID crisis and the continuing outrageous fees were the deciding factors. I will not turn my unit over for $100.00 so The Manhattan Club can turn around and rent it. Since I did not request to be placed on the Deed Buy Back list I can’t advise you what to do. I can only as mentioned explain my situation.

I felt scammed and conned a few years ago but did not quite know what to do when I had not known this Red Week site yet. I traveled to US once or twice a year to see my daughters before the pandemic. We last stayed at the Manhattan Club in 2019.
I know a lot of owners have stopped paying the ridiculous escalating maintenance fees for years and me too.
I need advice and suggestion, please. Thank you.
