The total disregard of The Manhattan Club towards owners during this COVID crisis and the continuing outrageous fees were the deciding factors. I will not turn my unit over for $100.00 so The Manhattan Club can turn around and rent it. Since I did not request to be placed on the Deed Buy Back list I can’t advise you what to do. I can only as mentioned explain my situation.

I felt scammed and conned a few years ago but did not quite know what to do when I had not known this Red Week site yet. I traveled to US once or twice a year to see my daughters before the pandemic. We last stayed at the Manhattan Club in 2019.

I know a lot of owners have stopped paying the ridiculous escalating maintenance fees for years and me too.

I need advice and suggestion, please. Thank you.
