This is sad, really sad. If you've sold back your timeshare for $100 and are gloating, good for you. You're out, so feel free to enjoy your new freedom and don't look back. We stopped paying years ago and nothing ever happened to our credit rating. We signed up for the Zimmerman lawsuit and feel very confident we've made the right decision. Right makes might. If you're thinking of selling back your expensive timeshare unit, good luck with that. I don't think Bluegreen would be interested in buying back right now due to their lawsuit. I'm not trying to insult anyone because everyone has a choice and each person has to live with their choices, good or bad. If you feel you've been defrauded, and there's evidence of that, then you may want to join the Zimmerman lawsuit. If you want to fight then fight, but if you just want out, get out. Be free!
