We purchesed a few units at Fishermans Village in Plya del Carmen in November 2006. We have not recieved any deeds for any of the units as of this date, June 3rd.

We were told that it would take some time and not to worry. We have sales documents and have been in touch with the resort and have paid our fees for the year, reserved a week and have given the resort three units to rent. We are getting anxious about not having any deed to this property. Can anyone tell me if this is the norm for a Mexico resort? Any information well me appreciated.
