You need to get back in touch with this resort ASAP and demand a contract.
We got a copy of all the paperwork we signed, a resort booklet of other resorts that were in the program and description of the units we would have, nothing stating a right to use statement. We have carbon copies of the transaction and nothing more. We have called the unit and booked one for Sept. so that we could rent it out ourselves and that has been confirmed. The contract stating the terms is the only paperwork we have received. I should think more should come. Thanks for any comments.
