Do activation fees ever increase annually, like traditional maintenance fees? My sales rep said I only pay “operational costs” of $78/night for a weeks stay and an “HOA fee” of $275 every 5th year. Does any of this make sense? The wife is having buyers remorse, as most do in high pressure timeshare sales.
