You will not receive a deed. Mexican timeshares are right-to-use. I'm not sure about the ownership at Fisherman's Village, but I believe the resort is either partially or fully sold and operated by the Sunset Group. They are one of the most enethical outfits in Mexico. Good luck demanding anything from this outfit. By any chance is there a number of weeks (usage)somewhere in your paperwork. If you want action you can contact the Mexican consumer rights organization, it goes by the name: Profeco They probably have a special section dedicated to the Sunset Group. Do not expect anything to happen quickly. I doubt seriously if you will much if anything in the way of rental income.
