Wow, Orville, I had no idea! Thanks so much for your post. We aren't quite ready to pull the trigger just yet on any deal. I need more info. Honestly, I am still at the stage of, "Wow, I could save a lot of money by NOT buying it from the pushy developer!" Your post really made me stop and think.
