Yes, Jack, if you can help us track down this owner we at least will put some notations on his account of your experience. If you have his email addres or RedWeek.com username this will be most helpful. I checked the owners that you contacted directly through the posting pages and none of the names are Theodore Tu or anything close to that.

This is a good reason to use a rental escrow company so you have something to fall back on if you don't get exactly what you paid for.
