Redweek can only do so much here and people need to understand this!

They will check it out and kick the person off of this site and lecture you on what you should have done and that is about it.

If this person wanted to come back on they will just use another e-mail address and name.

Sad part is they will say they are sorry but this gets no one their money back when they lose out. At least you did get another unit.
