We were at the Lagoon from 7/13 to7/21. I don't know what the problem is. Sure, they are doing construction, but the dust is almost non-existant, the noise is minimal, and it is limited to restricted hours. Our room was on the side of the lagoon construction. It was not a problem. I think they are doing a great job of minimizing the inconvience to us. I don't care where you go, when improvements are being made, you have to deal with the inconviences. But, the end results are going to be great.
